Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment cannot be accommodated, and any payments made toward such appointments will be non-refundable.

Missed appointments without prior notice are treated as late cancellations, and any payments made will be forfeited. By attending or booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
